No single structure for clearing industry: CPSS
The clearing system industry is not converging to one particular framework, a Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) report released on Wednesday said.
The report published by the CPSS, a forum for payment and securities settlement systems based at the Bank for International Settlements, said the clearing industry was not settling on one single market structure, with several different types of structures having developed over the past decade.
