Ron Paul set to renew bid to audit Fed
Ron Paul, a Republican representative, has said he will push for the Federal Reserve's operations to be placed under the microscope if he wins the leadership of a subcommittee overseeing monetary policy next year.
Paul told Reuters, a newswire, on Friday: "The Federal Reserve is way too independent. They just shouldn't have this power. Up until recently it has been modest but now it's totally out of control." He added that he would push for the Federal Reserve's monetary policy decisions and
