BoJ doing all it can to bolster growth, says Shirakawa


Masaaki Shirakawa, the governor of the Bank of Japan (BoJ), on Monday said the central bank was doing all it could to support growth.

Shirakawa pointed to its Y3 trillion ($35.6 billion) direct lending programme, unveiled in June.
