India’s Mohanty to lead review of key open market operation
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Monday said Deepak Mohanty, an executive director at the central bank, will chair a working group to examine its key open market operations.
The working group, which was first proposed in the RBI's First Quarter Review of Monetary Policy in July, will also include representatives from the concerned departments at the central bank, the Indian Banks' Association, and the Fixed Income Money Market and Derivatives Association of India.
