Fed names new regional chairs

The Federal Reserve named five new chairs for the boards of the regional Feds on Monday.

The central bank announced new chairs for the New York, Richmond, Kansas City, Dallas and San Francisco Feds.

The new chairs are:
• Lee Bollinger, the president of Columbia University (New York);
• Margaret McDermid, a senior vice president and the chief information officer at Dominion Resources, a power company (Richmond);
• Paul DeBruce, the chief executive, chairman and founder of DeBruce Grain, an
