Fed data points to rise in GSE holdings

The amount of US federal agency debt held by foreign central banks has risen for the third week in a row for the first time since May.

Federal Reserve statistics published on Thursday revealed foreign holdings of federal agency securities rose by $7.6 billion between 11 November and 3 December.
