Bulgaria's parliament is now expected to name the new governor of the central bank by the end of the week. The further delay stems from the need to find a third candidate as "two candidates for Governor is no choice at all," the leader of the junior coalition said.

The parliament is expected to elect a new governor of the Bulgarian National Bank by the end of the week, Ahmed Dogan, leader of junior coalition ally the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, said Tuesday.

He reiterated
