Magistrate says T&T central bank filing 'archaic'
Documents relating to a court case currently being heard in Port of Spain could not be found, it was said.
Catherine Kumar, the Inspector of Financial Institutions at the central bank, was summoned to the enquiry to testify. She was ordered to bring two sets of documents relevant to the case concerning
