France's Noyer says no bias in ECB stance

Bank of France governor Christian Noyer told a news conference that the European Central Bank has no bias in its monetary policy stance and current ECB rates remain "exactly appropriate".

"For the moment ... we do not have any bias," said Noyer.

"It is in our crucial interest that the extraordinarily accommodative financing conditions that we currently have are not destabilised by questions about the ECB's strategy," he added.
