Koizumi aide raps BOJ for deflation failure

A former senior official of Japan's ministry of finance yesterday launched a strong attack on the Bank of Japan (BOJ) for failing to perform its legal duty of halting deflation.
The BOJ should adopt bolder monetary measures such as an inflation target
