Mexico reserves rise to $51.980 bln in Aug 8 week

Mexico's international reserves rose $255 million between Aug. 1 and Aug. 8 the Banco de Mexico said Tuesday.

Mexico's net international reserves rose $255 million between Aug. 1 and Aug. 8 while net international assets jumped $642 million in the same week, the central bank said on Tuesday.

Banco de Mexico said its international reserves climbed to $51.980 billion on Aug. 8 compared to $51.726 billion on Aug. 1 and net international assets rose to $54.401 billion from $53.759
