Richmond Fed names new Senior Vice President
In his new role, Beck oversees the District's check services and business development activities and all the Office's support functions, and joins the Bank's senior management team. Beck has been interim branch manager since 2004 when his predecessor Senior Vice President William J. Tignanelli left the post to become regional check manager for the Federal Reserve
