Roger W. Ferguson, Jr., on Tuesday took the oath of office for a second four-year term as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The oath was administered, in the presence of Vice Chairman Ferguson's wife, Annette L. Nazareth, by Chairman Alan Greenspan in the Chairman's
