ARTICLE - The appointment of Roque Maccarone, who is well respected by the market and business community, has given Cavallo more maneuverability to execute his plans for the Argentine economy.The nomination of Maccarone eliminates the counter attacks of Pou to Cavallo's foreign exchange policy. Pou defended complete dollarization of the Argentine economy.
