Swiss rate band remains fixed around 2.75%

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) will keep its target range for three-month interbank borrowing costs between 2.25% and 3.25% for the coming quarter.

The SNB said on Thursday 13 March that it intended to hold the rate, measured using the British Bankers' Association's London Interbank Offered Rate for three-month loans in Swiss francs, in the middle of the range for the time being.
