German investment activity is improving - Bundesbank

FRANKFURT (AFX) - Germany appears to have overcome a long phase of weak investment activity, the Bundesbank said in its June monthly report

It said German companies last year completed the process of cleaning up their balance sheets and seem to have recovered from their reluctance to make investments

The net investment ratio, adjusted for amortisations, reached around 3 pct of disposable
