China's Zhou says currency reserves 'enough'

People's Bank of China Governor Zhou Xiaochuan told reporters on Monday 11 September that policy makers might want to curb foreign-exchange reserves.

``We have enough'' reserves, Zhou told reporters in Basel, Switzerland, during the bi-monthly meeting of central bank governors from the Group of 10 nations. Asked to comment on gains in the yuan exchange rate, he said ``it's OK.''
