BOT governor brushes off dismissal rumours

Bank of Thailand governor M.R. Pridiyathorn Devakula said this week that he had not been affected by rumours of his possible ousting from the central bank.

KAZINFORM reported rumours that the current BOT governor will be ousted once the general election is held. "Such rumours have never shaken my determination. What I want now is to just perform the duty most candidly and to my best for the interest of the country. That's all I need."
