Niedermayer to stay in CNB post for six-year term

CZECH REPUBLIC - The current vice-governor of the Czech National Bank (CNB) Ludek Niedermayer will be renamed to his post for another six year term.

CNB spokeswoman Alice Frisaufova gave the news to Interfax. President Vaclav Havel will officially reappoint Niedermayer to the post on Friday, February 15, 2002 Interfax .
