New and improved BIS website is launched

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) announced on Mar 12, 2001 that its redesigned and improved website is now available at www.bis.org.

Visitors to the site will now find:

1) a search engine;

2) a refined information layout;

3) dramatically improved navigation;

4) a wealth of data about central banking, the work of the various committees housed at the BIS, and current facts about the BIS in general;

5) BIS publications and statistics; and

6) a new look and feel.

When the website was launched

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
