Rates could rise, still accommodative says MC Teer

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Robert McTeer said in a television interview Tuesday the US central bank could raise interest rates and still stimulate the economy.

Referring to the current 1% fed funds rate, McTeer told CNNfn that that level "could be a bit higher, and policy would still be very accommodative."
