Fukui: too early to consider ending easy policy

Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui said on Tuesday that it was too early to start considering ending the central bank's super-loose monetary policy.

"It's too early to debate an exit policy," Fukui told a parliamentary committee.

He reiterated the BOJ's commitment to maintaining its super-easy policy until year-on-year changes in the consumer price index stabilise above zero.
