Report suggests Argentina's Pignanelli may stay on

ARGENTINA - Argentina's central bank chairman Aldo Pignanelli has decided not to resign despite his strong differences with Economy minister Roberto Lavagna, Argentine daily Clarin reported, quoting spokespersons from the central bank.
