Argentina's banks re-open to chaotic scenes

ARGENTINA - Argentina's banks and financial markets reopened on Monday after a 10-day emergency shutdown.

The first day of 'business as normal' was predictably chaotic as long queues formed at banks around the country. Cash-starved Argentines rushed to withdraw a limited amount of money.
