Vietnam to issue VND20,000 polymer notes
The existing cotton VND20,000 notes will continue to circulate concurrently.
The polymer VND20,000 note is 136mm x 65mm, and the dominant colour remains dark blue. The words Cong hoa xa hoi chu nghia Viet nam (Socialist Republic of Vietnam) appear on one side of the note, alongside the national coat of arms, a portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, and the nominal value of the note (VND20,000 in both
