Irish may reject Nice Treaty
Background:
Ireland is the only EU Member State that submitted the Nice Treaty to public scrutiny. The treaty that was agreed at the Nice summit in December 2000 formalises the institutional changes necessary to govern an enlarged EU of up to 27
