Mexico to contribute more to IMF: Ortiz

Guillermo Ortiz, the governor of the Bank of Mexico, has said that the country will contribute more to International Monetary Fund (IMF) coffers in future.

Ortiz told Bloomberg, a news agency, in an interview published on Friday that Mexico would participate in efforts by emerging-market economies to raise funds by either buying bonds or lending directly to the Fund.
