Ukrainian MPs to see secret central bank data

The Ukrainian Constitutional Court has recognised as constitutional the right of people's deputies and parliamentary committees to request information containing banking secrets from the National Bank of Ukraine [NBU]. The court also ruled as constitutional their right to supervise
