Consumers should band together to more effectively strengthen their rights in the use of credit cards, says Kridsada Udyanin, director of the monetary policy and financial institution division at the Fiscal Policy Office, reported the Bangkok Post.
Consumers now have only a limited number of channels to make complaints about alleged card
