Issing says uncertainty over US economic outlook

European Central Bank member Otmar Issing said investors have become more cautious on the outlook for the dollar and that the US economy is slowing faster than Europe's, an Italian financial paper reported on Saturday.

"Expectations of high return (on investments) in the US are much lower. Investors are now thinking about foreign exchange risks for dollar assets," Issing told Il Sole 24 Ore in an interview.He said the US economy was slowing faster than Europe's but added that European growth
