Kazakhstan appoints new deputy
Yelemesov graduated from Moscow and Washington universities gaining a masters degree in business administration. Before that he worked in Kazakhstan's three largest banks: "Kazkommercbank", "Turanalem" and "National bank".
Askar Yelemesov is charged with the National fund assets control and will also be responsible for the payments
