Kazakhstan appoints new deputy

According to a decree from President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Askar Yelemesov was appointed deputy president of the National Bank of Khasakhstan on Wednesday 3 March.

Yelemesov graduated from Moscow and Washington universities gaining a masters degree in business administration. Before that he worked in Kazakhstan's three largest banks: "Kazkommercbank", "Turanalem" and "National bank".
