Big US bank to go bust soon: Rogoff

Kenneth Rogoff, a former chief economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), has warned a big American bank is likely to collapse before the end of the year.

Speaking in Singapore on Tuesday, Rogoff, now an economics professor at Harvard University, warned: "We're not just going to see mid-sized banks go under in the next few months, we're going to see a whopper, we're going to see a big one, one of the big investment banks or big banks."
