Slovak gov't to nominate Barto NBS vice-governor
Parliament must still approve Barto for the post. Barto would replace Ivan Sramko, who will move up to the governorship of the NBS in January.
In a change, the ruling coalition wants the vice-governor's post to give up banking supervision duties that have traditionally gone
