Russia's central bank to decide on Russia-Belarus

RUSSIA - The Central Bank of Russia is to shape the inflation and currency rates in the Russia-Belarus Union, said Russian Vice-Premier and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin at a Tuesday session in Moscow of the Council of Ministers of the Russia-Belarus Union.

RIA Novosti news agency learnt from sources close to the negotiations that the council focuses on speeding up introduction of a single currency for the Union and setting up an emission center.
