The recent appointment of Dr Malcolm Edey as Assistant Governor (Economic) leaves vacant the position of Head of Domestic Markets Department. Dr Philip Lowe, formerly Head of System Stability Department and currently on secondment to the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, will transfer to this position on his return in July.
