Montenegro rejects any link with Yugoslav Nat bank

YUGOSLAVIA - The National Bank of Yugoslavia is not competent to represent Montenegro, officials of the tiny coastal republic have told representatives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Podgorica daily Vijesti writes today that the position of Montenegrin delegates led to friction with a Belgrade delegation during yesterday's meetings with IMF officials. The point of contention between the two delegations was the economic section of last week's agreement on redefinition of relations
