Mohammad Eshaq Rahgozar, the governor of [northern Afghan] Balkh Province,
has met Khodai-dad [phonetic], the deputy governor of the Export
Development Bank of Afghanistan, who was heading a delegation from Kabul to
Mazar-e Sharif. At first, Khodai-dad gave information about the aims of his
trip to Mazar-e Sharif and the orders of the Central Bank of Afghanistan to
