Kazakh National Bank chief may resign over rouble

A report claims Grigoriy Marchenko, chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan is ready to resign if the Russian rouble is adopted as the single currency of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and the Ukraine.
