Russian central bank invites banks to talk back

The Central Bank of Russia has opened a discussion forum on its web site that it hopes will spark a constructive dialogue with the banking community it oversees.
Visitors to the web site www.cbr.ru can scroll to the bottom of the page to find a link to its draft initiatives. The bank says it will
