ASEAN finance ministers start two-day meeting

ASEAN finance ministers began a two day meeting Wednesday in Manila. Philippines Finance Secretary Jose Isidro said "We look forward to addressing a range of subjects, including the development of a regional capital market, which is a key element of Asean's roadmap towards closer ties and greater prosperity in the region".
