ASEAN finance ministers hold Laos meeting

Finance ministers from the 10 ASEAN member nations will start a two-day meeting on Wednesday 6 April in Vientiane, Laos, to discuss economic development in Southeast Asia.

The finance ministers are expected to approve the road map for monetary and financial integration that was put forth by the ASEAN Finance and Central Bank Deputies Working Group, which met Saturday in Vientiane, the Xinhua news agency reported Monday.
