Regulating data use: implications of data sitting in the middle

Regulators need to take action to ease tensions created by the growing use of data, says Manoj Singh

With the rise of the digital economy, the financial landscape is continuously evolving under two broadly interrelated themes of data privacy and open banking – or open finance in a more extended version.
