IMF staff say Argentina’s debt is unsustainable

Report calls for haircut for private creditors as Argentine government demands IMF debt forgiveness

International Monetary Fund staff said for the first time Argentina’s debt is unsustainable on February 19, making a major restructuring almost inevitable.
