Eastern Caribbean Central Bank sued over 'brazen act of thievery'

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is being sued over an alleged "fraudulent transfer of assets" from the now-defunct Bank of Antigua, with the claimed "purpose and effect of defrauding investors".
