No bank meets ECB expectations on climate disclosures

Supervisor sees progress since 2020 report, but significant gaps remain unaddressed

No bank met the European Central Bank’s expectations in the supervisor’s latest assessment on climate change risks disclosures, the ECB revealed today (March 14).

The ECB acknowledged there had been some progress since the latest assessment, carried out in 2020, but said significant gaps remained unaddressed.
