The governor of Greece’s central bank today (February 19) accused a government minister of allegedly illegally recording a phone call and releasing a distorted version of it.

Bank of Greece governor Yannis Stournaras issued a statement accusing Greece’s deputy health minister Pavlos Polakis of breaking Greek law by recording the conversation without his permission.
