Croatia’s parliament reappointed central bank governor Boris Vujčić after a delay of five days and appointed a new deputy governor and three new vice-governors.

Croatia’s parliament voted to give Vujčić a second term on July 13, effective immediately, five days after his first six-year term had expired. Two parliamentary committees had advised their colleagues to reappoint Vujčić on July 7, but there was a five-day delay between the end of his first term and the beginning of his second.
