Malaysian central bank reshuffles senior staff

Supervision function will be strengthened and critical departments will have simpler reporting line

The new organisation structure took effect on July 15

Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has revamped its organisational structure in a bid to strengthen its supervision capability and streamline reporting lines.

The BNM did not issue a statement on the change but did update the organisation structure chart on its website, noting the changes were effective from July 15.
