The Bank of England (BoE) today launched its new £10, the first UK banknote to feature tactile features for the visually impaired.

Designed to pay homage to Jane Austen, the new £10 note was unveiled today (July 18) at Winchester cathedral where the writer is buried, on a day that marks her 200th birthday. The note is set to enter circulation in the UK in September.
