BoE deputy says he voted against an EBA opinion

The European Banking Authority (EBA) "incorrectly transmitted" the news that an opinion on allowances had received unanimous support when put to a vote, according to Andrew Bailey, deputy governor of the Bank of England (BoE) and chief executive of the Prudential Regulation Authority.
